Florence Duomo
The Duomo of Florence is the red-domed cathedral that dominates the skyline, with Brunelleschi's dome, Giotto's bell tower and the Baptistery. Climb the dome for the view, and book a combined ticket in advance because timed entry is required. Allow two to three hours.
